  • Use of social media to include Instagram, X and Facebook
  • Creating and uploading stories, details of events and use of poster type images for all social media sites
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, previous experience of managing posts and responses
  • Use of mailchimp for the e-newsletter, delivering on content and imagery for these documents
  • Answering calls to the public, taking messages and dealing with general enquiries
  • Assisting with reception cover, first point of contact for drop ins, dealing with deliveries and general enquiries
  • Providing information packs and general documentation
Confident communication skills, the ability to provide helpful solutions.
