Milton Keynes - hybrid (3 days in the office)

Join our clients marketing team for a 14-month role focused on the aftersales market and customer retention. We're looking for a passionate marketing professional with a strong generalist background, ideally with B2C experience, to lead our clients consumer-focused campaigns. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of marketing specialists and a programme manager, collaborating with various commercial teams to drive performance.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the website, coordinating marketing activities across advertising, PR, social media, and events. Develop marketing materials and devise promotional campaigns to drive engagement.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update the website with information and promotional offers.
  • Coordinate aftersales marketing activities, including advertising, PR, social media, and events.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, working with the field team to maximise usage.
  • Devise promotional campaigns and recommend new marketing initiatives.
  • Produce briefs and liaise with external advertising agencies.
  • Ensure all marketing communications and materials are on brand and follow guidelines.
  • Support the Customer Retention Manager in developing the aftersales marketing strategy.
  • Manage and maintain budgets.
  • Produce regular reports on website performance, budgets, and promotion ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the factory on new marketing initiatives.
  • Review the consumer journey and propose improvements.
  • Stay informed about the market and competitor activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge, understanding or exposure to core principles of marketing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in a well-rounded marketing role with an emphasis on CRM
  • An ability to think creatively and offer innovative ideas
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintaining drive and motivation
  • High degree of self-motivation, productivity and acute attention to detail
