- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and servicing of fire dampers, ventilation systems, ducts, and kitchen extract systems.
- Carry out cleaning and disinfecting of systems to meet industry standards.
- Perform thorough testing and inspections in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Document all work completed and ensure records are kept up-to-date.
- Work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including offices, retail, and hospitality locations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Previous experience working as an Air Hygiene Engineer, particularly with fire dampers, ductwork, and kitchen extract systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant compliance regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
