A Junior Mechanical Design Engineer with an understanding of Electrical principles and exposure to component development will join a global leader in automation and pneumatics technology within their Valves department.
Qualified to a minimum of HND or Degree level in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, applicants will ideally possess some industrial experience or have undertaken an Internship or similar training position within an Engineering Company.
In this Junior Mechanical Design Engineer role you will contribute to special product design proposals for a range of valves and similar components, ensuring conformance with International standards as well as working closely with manufacturing functions.
The Junior Mechanical Design Engineer should bring:
- A HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar discipline.
- Proven CAD and CAE skills.
- A basic understanding of Electrical Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical component development.
- Exposure International Compliance regulations.
- Good problem solver and team player.
