Job: Mechanical Design EngineerLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: £45,000-£65,000 per annumJob Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join a client based in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and creating 3D models, assembly drawings, and detailed part drawings using CAD software.
  • Performing structural and thermal analyses to ensure the integrity and performance of mechanical designs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve existing products.
  • Conducting testing and validation procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design and development.
