Are you an experienced Parts Specialist with a strong telephone manner and a knack for handling technical queries?
Our client, a leading manufacturer of heating products, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This full-time role focuses on processing quotes and orders, reviewing diagrams to identify parts, and supporting customers with technical queries while generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing quotes and orders efficiently
- Reviewing technical diagrams to identify required parts
- Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally
- Identifying sales leads
- Supporting with technical queries
- Reading CAD drawings (a bonus but not essential)
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills
- Experience in customer service and complaint handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Previous experience in a similar role within heating, manufacturing, or a technical industry is beneficial
Comprehensive product training will be provided, but experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
