- Assessing a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex to calculate costings and time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally
- Liaising with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships and customers
- Create accurate damage assessments using the correct manufacturer repair methods or systems
- Planning daily workload effectively to ensure vehicles are repaired to our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
