We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive with exceptional business development skills to join our team. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by targeting businesses across the Home Counties region, helping them unlock the value of our client's industry-leading solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Home Counties region.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding.
  • Managing all accounts that you win.
  • Exceeding sales targets and reaping the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally targeting B2B markets.
  • A track record of hitting (or exceeding) targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
  • Knowledge of the pest control market is desirable.
