We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive with exceptional business development skills to join our team. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by targeting businesses across the Home Counties region, helping them unlock the value of our client's industry-leading solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Home Counties region.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
- Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding.
- Managing all accounts that you win.
- Exceeding sales targets and reaping the rewards of an uncapped commission structure.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally targeting B2B markets.
- A track record of hitting (or exceeding) targets and delivering measurable results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
- Knowledge of the pest control market is desirable.
- Competitive base salary of up to £30,000 with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commission.
