- Deliver first class customer service, take ownership of enquiries until the customer is happy
- To receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms
- To support the team in meeting its growth and membership retention targets
- To support customers in understanding the products, services and benefits available to them
- Make outbound telephone calls to customers
