We are recruiting for two Qualified Nursery Practitioners on behalf of a well-established nursery in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate childcare professionals looking to join a supportive and high-quality early years setting.

About the Nursery

This independent nursery provides high-quality early years education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The setting fosters a nurturing and stimulating environment, helping children develop key skills in numeracy, literacy, and physical education, ensuring a smooth transition into school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.

  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers.

  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards.

Requirements
  • Ideally Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent); Level 2 candidates may be considered.

  • Previous experience working in an early years setting.

  • Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passionate about providing exceptional care and education.
