  • Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, helping them improve or regain their functional abilities and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for patients.
  • Provide advice, support, and education to patients, families, and carers regarding adaptive techniques, equipment, and home modifications.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with trust policies and legal requirements.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registered.
  • Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a healthcare setting, preferably within the NHS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
Additional Information:
  • The hourly rate for this position is £30.
  • Rooms are available for overnight stay if required, providing convenience for those traveling long distances.
