- Champion Quality: Conduct thorough risk assessments, ensure compliance with RCOT standards, and actively contribute to clinical governance, service innovation, and care quality improvement.
We’re looking for a dedicated and driven professional who brings:
- Qualifications: A Diploma/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, with registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience: Extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation, with a proven ability to manage complex cases and provide high-quality care.
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, capable of working autonomously while guiding a team to excellence.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centred care and promoting a positive team culture.
- Innovation: A proactive approach to continuous professional development and a passion for driving service enhancements.
- Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £52,500 per annum, depending on experience.
