The Role:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team, providing essential support to the Partner in Learning scheme, which includes strategic degree programs and professional education providers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, rewarding environment where your contributions will make a real difference.

Salary: 23,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (35 hours per week) - No weekends!

About the Role:
You'll be supporting the Partner in Learning scheme by handling key admin tasks like:

  • Raising purchase orders and managing various administrative duties.
  • Liaising with student support and updating records in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Maintaining accurate files for degree and tuition providers, including program details and contact info.
  • Keeping the clients website updated with the latest course information and links.
  • Assisting with the annual declaration process and supporting key events like conferences.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing tasks.
