We are currently looking for a part time administrator to support our client with a busy period on a temporary basis. The booking is looking to last a couple of months.
The hours would be 9.30am - 2.30pm for three days a week. The successful candidate would need to be able to work Monday.
The role will involve:
Answering telephoneTaking MessagesDealing with EmailsUsing in house CRMGeneral Admin tasksAppointment BookingYou will need previous office-based administration experience along with basic MS Office skills and experience.
You will be Bubbly, Articulate, Upbeat and Dynamic.
