Are you an Engineering Administrator or similar with a background in scheduling, looking for a varied role in an expanding company, who can help you progress your career and develop your skillset?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company in a sustained period of growth, who operate in the property management industry. This long-standing business can offer a role with guaranteed stability due to long standing contracts already in place and new contracts on the horizon.

In this role, you will be responsible for logging and escalating enquiries from customers, co-ordinating maintenance teams, communicating with contractors, raising tickets, maintaining records and processing invoices. You will be the first point of contact for suppliers, customers and clients so it's important you build new relationships and maintain existing accounts.

This role would suit a Engineering Administrator or similar with a background in Facilities or Property Management looking for the opportunity to join a growing company who offer you the opportunity to progress into other areas of the business and develop a varied skillset.

THE ROLE:

  • Booking contractors to resolve maintenance issues
  • Maintaining records for invoices
  • First port of call for customers / clients.
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

THE PERSON:

  • Engineering Administrator or similar
  • Background in Facilities / Property Management
  • Commutable to Milton Keynes
