We are looking for an experienced Admin & Social Media Assistant to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. This role is perfect for a creative and organised individual with advanced Canva skills and a strong understanding of social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and creating content for Instagram, X, and Facebook.

  • Designing and uploading engaging stories, event details, and visual content like posters.

  • Scheduling and posting content, as well as responding to messages.

  • Creating and distributing e-newsletters using Mailchimp.

  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling general public inquiries.

  • Assisting with reception duties, welcoming visitors, and managing deliveries.

  • Preparing and distributing information packs and essential documentation.

  • Communicating effectively to provide helpful solutions and ensure a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:

?Advanced Canva experience- confident in creating professional visual content.?Social media expertise- previous experience managing accounts, posting, and engaging with audiences.?Mailchimp knowledge- ability to create and send newsletters.?Strong written communication skills- able to engage and inform a diverse audience.?Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.?Familiarity with the local area (North of Central Milton Keynes).
