We are looking for an experienced Admin & Social Media Assistant to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. This role is perfect for a creative and organised individual with advanced Canva skills and a strong understanding of social media management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Managing and creating content for Instagram, X, and Facebook.

Designing and uploading engaging stories, event details, and visual content like posters.

Scheduling and posting content, as well as responding to messages.

Creating and distributing e-newsletters using Mailchimp.

Answering calls, taking messages, and handling general public inquiries.

Assisting with reception duties, welcoming visitors, and managing deliveries.

Preparing and distributing information packs and essential documentation.

Communicating effectively to provide helpful solutions and ensure a positive experience.
?Advanced Canva experience- confident in creating professional visual content.?Social media expertise- previous experience managing accounts, posting, and engaging with audiences.?Mailchimp knowledge- ability to create and send newsletters.?Strong written communication skills- able to engage and inform a diverse audience.?Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.?Familiarity with the local area (North of Central Milton Keynes).
