Role Purpose
As the Content & Communications Marketing Manager, you will help us deliver engaging and effective communications across multiple channels.
You are responsible for planning, creating and managing content that showcases our products, services and values to our customers, partners and to Searchers.
Your primary purpose is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch - always acting to protect people properly and ensure best possible customer outcomes.
Essential
Advanced level qualification in journalism, communication, marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 5 years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in the financial services sector. Protection space would be an advantage.
Passionate about the brand and the customer and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a flair for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of content marketing and communication principles and techniques, including SEO, social media, email marketing and web analytics.
Proficient in using content management systems, design tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable
Experience in financial services sector or equivalent fields.
