About the Role:EAC Consulting Group are seeking for a Social Media Assistant on behalf of our client. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys helping customers, and is great at staying organised.
What You’ll Do:
- Create fun and engaging social media content, like stories and reels.
- Handle small customer issues with care and professionalism.
- Help with general admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone creative with experience in making social media content.
- A friendly person with great customer service skills.
- Organised and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok is a bonus.
