Pay: £120 - £150 per day

REED are currently working with a secondary school based in the Milton Keynes area, supporting them recruit a cover supervisor to start on a full time basis in the coming weeks.

As a Cover supervisor your Responsibilities will include:• You will be required to support pupils with queries about the work set• Being proactive and keep busy throughout the day• Must be a team member who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of communication both internally and externally• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, distribute work and ensure the classes are behaving appropriately to ensure a positive learning environment• Using behaviour management policy to adequately manage pupils behaviour• Being flexible with your job role throughout the day• Should have excellent time management and communication skills• Supporting children's physical, social and emotional well-beingTo be considered for this role, your core Requirements will be:• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get a new one)• Ideally degree in Education, PGCE• Relevant experience with children in the UK with 2 professional references• Eligibility to work in the UK (this is Essential)• Proof of Address (3 months recent)• Strong work ethic and positive attitude• Overseas Police Check will be required if you have been outside of the UK for a period longer than 6 months in the past 5 years
