• Deliver engaging and effective phonics lessons to young learners, fostering a love for reading and writing.
• Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement a high-quality phonics curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching phonics, with a thorough understanding of the Phonics Screening Check.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
