Teaching Tomorrow, an education specialist agency, are looking for primary supply teachers to work in and around Milton Keynes starting immediately.

We are education specialists dedicated to placing teaching professionals, with the work available teaching across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The perfect candidate would be a enthusiastic and dedicated educator for supply and long-term roles in the area. Our main focus is to ensure that we are focusing our interests around you as a teacher & that you feel supported in your work life-balance.

Teaching Tomorrow have strong relationships with schools in the area, enabling teachers to find both day-to-day supply work and long-term positions depending on what suits them in Milton Keynes primary schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
  • Support Students: Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic growth.
  • Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (PGCE) or ECT (newly qualified teachers) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2
  • Subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate young learners
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
