A great opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist with a growing organisation in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for payroll submissions and benefits, covering multiple countries working with an outsourced payroll provider.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Payroll Provider to manage monthly payroll for multiple countries.
  • Collect necessary data for payroll and tax processing.
  • Review and approve payroll data processed by the Payroll Provider.
  • Oversee the monthly payment process with providers to ensure accurate processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Serve as the main contact for queries.
  • Handle year-end processes for each country, including preparation of P11D information.
  • Ensure governance of monthly payroll, maintain up-to-date process notes, provide relevant training, and track progress.
  • Act as the primary contact for benefit brokers, handling queries and renewals.
  • Update Pensions and Benefits information with Providers for starters and leavers.
  • Collaborate with external compensation providers for salary benchmarking data and annual salary review modelling.
  • Generate reports for Finance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, managing the approval and submission of Payroll and managing Benefits.
  • Experience covering payrolls for several countries across multiple countries would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team.
