- Analyse Payroll data and assist in implementing reconciliation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data integrity and develop process changes to support continuous improvement.
- Serve as an expert in analytical tools and techniques to support the Payroll team, helping deliver complex and ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Continuously enhance Payroll processes by managing governance and risk controls to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage system functionality and changes, including building custom Payroll reports, creating pay components, testing and redeploying system upgrades, and leading system-related projects and enhancements.
- Support the Payroll team and broader business by handling data and management information requests, ensuring the timely creation and provision of various reports.
- Address queries directly with Zellis for system fixes.
- Add new cost centres, service conditions, and similar system updates.
- Conduct system upgrade testing and ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage end-of-year processes.
- Resolve system-related queries from the team.
