My excellent client is seeking a Pharmacist for their Distance Selling Pharmacy. This role will not be patient facing but working along side their Pharmaceutical sister company to provide excellent service to the community of Milton Keynes.A DSP receives a prescription and dispenses it the next day, sending it via post with a consent form and explanatory leaflet about the New Medicine Service (NMS), inviting the patient to contact the pharmacy.

*ON SITE ROLE*

Key Duties

  • Remotely deliver advanced and private pharmacy services
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
  • Ensure safe and effective medication management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
  • Provide immunization services (where applicable)
  • Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
