Tripod Partners are currently seeking a Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist to join a dedicated neurological Multidisciplinary Team in North London. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive rehabilitation and condition management along a long-term care pathway, from early diagnosis to end-of-life support.

Responsibilities for this position include:

- Conducting holistic assessments for patients with diverse neurological conditions in various settings.

- Designing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

- Empowering patients and their families to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.

The Physiotherapist will work as an autonomous practitioner, managing their caseload independently while ensuring clinical supervision when necessary. Key aspects of the role involve maintaining accurate documentation, communicating assessment outcomes to healthcare professionals, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Additionally, the individual will oversee clinical risk management for both their caseload and supervised rehabilitation assistants/students. Adherence to legal and departmental documentation requirements, professional guidelines, and health and safety policies is crucial. Efficient patient management, effective time utilization, and compliance with organisational protocols and professional standards are essential expectations for this role.
