My client are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber on a permanent basis, to be solely responsible for all Operations & Maintenance services for their unit in Milton Keynes.

Are you adaptable and proactive, and have amazing interpersonal and communication skills? Then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities include:

To be able to carry out preventative & reactive maintenance work
Undertaking of all mechanical services - ventilation, hot and cold water systems etc.
Able to report accurately all work defects
Able to carry out repairs on all types of building services
Understanding of the installed mechanical services and visit plant rooms regularly
Providing guidance on site installations to other contractors

Skills & experience:

City & Guilds or BTEC National Certificate/ Diploma (NVQ L2)
Apprenticeship in mechanical services, ventilation, plumbing or air conditioning
Be good to have experience in pipe fitting or has a heating engineering background
Able to be apart of there Out of Hours schedule they currently have in place
Can be flexible, proactive and have great interpersonal skills, and able to work to a high quality of service

Benefits and other information:

Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
Permanent
Salary - 25,742 - 28,759 - (+3,500 allowance per year, experience depending)
30 day's annual holiday, plus 3 additional days over x-mas
