COMPLIANCE MONITORING MANAGER

MILTON KEYNES

THE COMPANY:

Our prestigious client, a well-established UK bank, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team in a role focused on impairment model oversight and control. You'd get to work in a close-knit team that really place importance on learning and development.

THE ROLE:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Compliance Monitoring to refine the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, driving the implementation of a consolidated Compliance Risk Assessment that aligns with regulatory expectations and business activity.
  • Track and monitor the resolution of actions from compliance reviews
  • Design and spearhead reviews to uncover risk themes, potential customer harm, and root causes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Good knowledge of FCA guidelines and rules and experience working with these in financial services
  • Prior experience in compliance risk and issue resolution
  • Experience using visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Snowflake
  • Prior line management experience is essential
