This Corporate Compliance Officer UK & Ireland role will report into the global compliance function and sit with the UK Legal team in Greater London (Milton Keynes).

Description

The Corporate Compliance Officer UK & Ireland will be an integral part of the Global and UK legal function based in Milton Keynes. Reporting in the Group Compliance Officer, the Corporate Compliance Officer UK & Ireland will work directly with operations to ensure that the business is adhering to UK compliance regulations.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular audits to confirm compliance
  • Developing and implement corporate policies
  • Leading and train team members to understand and follow compliance protocols
  • Liaising with legal department to address compliance issues
  • Monitoring changes in legal requirements relevant to the transport and distribution industry
  • Onboarding new clients and undertake due diligence
  • Being responsible for Anti-bribery & Corruption
  • Preparing and present reports on compliance
  • Managing risk in business operations
