We are currently recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join a global company who have their UK Head Office based in Milton Keynes. This a fixed term contract role for 6-months, however, could be extended or lead to permanent employment. Please note, this role is fully office based, with NO remote working.

Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours.

Duties:

  • Coordinating the interrelated functions involved in the manufacture of in-house products.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure product availability as required to fulfil production.
  • General administration tasks involved in the planning department.
  • Monitoring and maintaining finished goods stock levels.
  • We are looking for someone highly accurate and good degree of administration experience.

Skills:

  • Extensive admin experience.
  • A background and understanding of production industries.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM & SAP software.
  • Experienced in using Excel.
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
