We are seeking a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Support students with varying abilities, including those with SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance pupil development.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning within the classroom.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - non-negotiable.
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
