About the RoleAs a Year 1 Teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that align with the UK curriculum, ensuring that each child develops essential skills and confidence in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
- Build positive relationships with parents and guardians to support student learning
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Year 1, with a strong understanding of the curriculum
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching that inspires young learners
