Responsibilities / Tasks


We are seeking a passionate, and motivated Environmental Process Engineer to join our Separation Sales team. This role focuses on environmental applications, including industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, waste-to-energy, and agricultural processes. The ideal candidate will support the optimisation and commissioning of environmental process systems across the UK, foster strong customer relationships, and provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our installed units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite Trials and Sample Testing: Conduct on-site trials and sample testing at customer locations to evaluate process performance and support R&D projects.
  • Process Optimisation and Support: Provide optimisation, troubleshooting, and operational support to ensure efficient process performance across various environmental applications.
  • Operator Training: Deliver training and support to our customer operators when required.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Growth Support: Visit potential customers to conduct trials and testing, supporting the growth of our market presence in the environmental sector.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams in UK and Germany to ensure customer needs are met effectively, balancing technical and interpersonal aspects of the role.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior technical sales colleagues on project progress, customer feedback, and market opportunities.

Driving License: A full clean UK driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel across the UK in a company-provided van equipped with necessary testing equipment.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering or a related field preferred
  • Technical Aptitude: A practical outlook with a solid understanding of process equipment setup, commissioning, and optimisation.
  • Passion and Energy: A motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the environmental sector.
