Night QA - Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (nights) 10PM to 6am

CSP Recruitment is hiring a Night Quality Assurance to join a leading food manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food safety, quality, and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee night shift hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning procedures meet internal and legal standards.
  • Monitor HACCP & food safety compliance, identifying and resolving non-conformances.
  • Conduct internal audits (CCP, GMP, Glass & Plastic, etc.).
  • Perform sampling, swabbing, and external lab testing.
  • Collaborate with production, hygiene, and engineering teams to address technical issues.
  • Ensure all process-related documentation is completed and compliant.
  • Promote continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing (training provided).
  • Knowledge of HACCP & food safety standards (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • A proactive approach with problem-solving skills.
