Cedar Recruitment are currently seeking an an experienced Procurement Manager (Corporate Services) to work for a leading rail infrastructure organisation on an interim basis.

The contract will be for 6 months and will require you to get into the office in Milton Keynes, 2 days per week.

The day rate on offer for this role is £500-£550 Inside IR35

The main purpose is to lead on end to end procurement projects across the corporate services category from market engagement, through to contract award via both frameworks and open tenders. You will be required to maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all times and support in the delivery of the directors annual cost savings targets, along with other sourcing activities.

You will need:

  • Experience of managing complex procurement projects, including implementing the strategies for the procurement.
  • Experience of working under PCR2015 OR UCR2016 in a similar setting ie. Rail
  • Experience of working in a professional/corporate services category
