Job Title: Product Manager 

Salary: Starting from £60,000

The Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Digital Product, Technical lead, and Product Designer as part of a small, empowered team. Initially, they will take on day-to-day responsibility for an existing online e-commerce product, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the product. This role requires a candidate with a solid product management background, familiar with the complexities of delivery within a large organisation and capable of navigating constraints while maintaining a strong product-centric approach and drive to improve and change processes.

In this role you will:

•    Take full ownership of the existing online e-commerce product, managing its day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancement. •    Ensure the product continues to meet user needs and business goals.•    Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.•    Work closely with the Head of Digital Product, Technical Lead, and Product Designer to ensure alignment across all aspects of product development. •    Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations. •    Manage technology partner and supplier relationships to ensure that updates and releases are delivered efficiently.•    Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product, informed by user feedback, data analytics, and market trends. •    Prioritise enhancements that deliver the most value to users and the business.

About you:

•    Product management expertise - Strong understanding of product management principles, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and user-centred design. •    Collaboration & communication - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.•    Analytical mindset - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions and prioritise enhancements.•    Problem-solving- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of overcoming challenges and delivering successful products.
