We're seeking a Specification Sales Manager with experience selling structural glazing systems, specialised glass, windows, doors, skylights, curtain walling, facades, or other architectural components to architects, main contractors, and specifiers across London and the South East.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Selling a range of premium architectural products, including:
o Structural glazing systems & specialised glass
o Curtain walling & facade solutions
o Windows, doors, and skylights
o Other specialist construction products for commercial and industrial builds
* Growing market share across London, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire.
* Delivering CPD presentations to influence project specifications.
* Driving new business and nurturing existing relationships within major construction firms.
* Spending at least three days a week in the field, meeting key stakeholders.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in Specification Sales, with a proven track record of winning projects.
* Knowledgeable about glazing, facades, roofing, or architectural components.
* Well-connected within the construction sector, with strong relationships in London & the South East.
* A strategic thinker, able to manage long sales cycles and technical discussions.
* Results-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
