We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Quality Control Inspector based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis.
Summary of the Quality Control Inspector role
Salary: £45,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector
- Manage quality control processes and conduct quality assurance inspections.
- Inspect products and materials during various production stages.
- Use CMM, shadowgraph and handheld measuring devices and gauges.
- Control non-confirming products and materials.
- Conduct FAI, PPAP and ISIR inspections.
- Create inspection control plans.
Requirements for a successful Quality Control Inspector
- Degree or Diploma certification in Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrable Quality Control experience.
- Experience working within a precision engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Experience of programming and running CMM's essential.
- Working knowledge of ISO standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
