Role Overview

As the Senior Quality Assurance Lead onsite, it is a critical role overseeing and maintaining product quality standards across all incoming Fresh Produce categories. To ensure compliance with retail specifications while collaborating closely with internal teams, growers, and customer teams to maintain the highest quality standards for products.

Key Responsibilities (Intake and Positive Release)

• Lead quality assurance processes for all incoming Fresh Produce, ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, growers, and customer teams to monitor, assess, and enhance quality standards
• Oversee the inspection and testing of products to meet regulatory and customer specifications
• Take ownership of product quality issues, proactively identifying and resolving concerns to maintain the highest level of quality assurance
• Continuously improve processes to ensure the freshest produce meets the highest quality standards
