The Organisation
SF Executive are working with a market leading, PE-backed business services organisation based in Buckinghamshire who are in search of a creative and commercially-minded Project Director to own a high-growth / high-potential product area for the business.

The Role
As a key member of the Sales & Marketing function, you will be responsible for the product group's revenue stream, including overall P&L responsibility as well as achieving agreed revenue and margin targets. Using your strong commercial acumen, you will identify and generate sales leads, pitching opportunities and/or services to both existing and prospective clients. You'll be responsible for the shaping of each project; from initial enquiry until the job is finished, including setting budgets, costing, and after sales service. You will provide technical and product knowledge when appraising initial opportunities and continue to offer technical support throughout the project.

The Person
The successful candidate will:
- take responsibility for the commercial and initial technical scoping of projects
- have a strong commercial acumen and have a strong blend of technical, and creative (a passion for aesthetics)
- have experience of planning and facilitating the delivery of large scale events (space planning experience is key) - either client side or agency side would work in this role
- be highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects at any given time
- be passionate about client / customer experience
- have strong communication skills

Location
Based predominately in the Milton Keynes office with travel to client sites
