Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our dry lining projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dry lining and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee dry lining projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project life cycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with specific expertise in dry lining.
Strong understanding of dry lining techniques, materials, and best practices.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management and construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Dry Wall and managing multiple projects.
