I have been asked by my client- a relatively new but growing business- to find a Project ,Manager who has the ability to reach Contracts Manager level in the not too distant future.
My client is a specialist in concrete repairs, structural alterations, in-situ/precast concrete and concrete finishing. Most of their work is spread between the South East of England and The Midlands. Initially you will be required on a project near Birmingham and the after that you will work on various schemes in the aforementioned area.
On offer is a competitive daily rate or salary and package along with a discretionary bonus scheme based on successful completion of individual projects.

Candidates will need to have a successful track record in project and ideally contracts management and this ill be working for a similar business in concrete repair etc.
