Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management ofsecondary steelworkprojects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to final handover.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met within deadlines.
- Effectively manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
Essential Requirements:
- Significantproject management experience, ideally within theconstructionorsteelworksectors.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience witharchitectural metalwork, including fabrication and installation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
