Salary £40-70k DOE
Annual performance related bonus
Annual leave 28 days plus bank holidays increasing to 29 days after 5 years service and 30 days after 10.

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for an established consultancy. Our client has a network of 6 offices and this is your change to join their head office in Milton Keynes which accounts for over a third of their headcount.

Our client has a busy project pipeline with numerous secured schemes with repeat clients and this opportunity represents the structured and planned growth of the business, offering a unique role for the successful professional to join an office with a healthy pipeline of work,

The majority of the work will be new build industrial and logistics (small amount of refurbishment)

Average project value of £15-20-m

Office, site and home based

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within industrial or residential (new build or refurbishment industrial)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software
