Job Title: Digital Communications Supervisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a communications, PR, or marketing professional with expertise in creative content writing, digital solutions and improving customer operational experience.
You will have experience of managing a team, worked on a variety of projects, be instrumental in adding value to services and have the ability to make independent decisions. This highly rewarding role will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to the customer journey, streamline support services and assist in the development of the team.

Key responsibilities for a Digital Communications Supervisor

Lead and develop team members to build skills in creating, maintaining, and enhancing company digital solutions to ensure a top-tier inquiry service

Motivate and train team members, manage resources effectively, and plan to support a seamless customer service experience across all communication channels

Oversee updates and maintenance of the training portal, ensuring resources are current and valuable for team use

Utilise data insights to evaluate team performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive innovations that enhance user support and streamline processes

Provide clear, regular updates on team and project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability


Essential skills for a Digital Communications Supervisor

Experience in project management

Strong people manager

Demonstrable track record in content creation & reviewing digital content

Training and presentation skills

Strong self-motivator with proven ability to meet project deadline

Relevant experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or other media professions
