A leading residential developer is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator for a large-scale project in Milton Keynes. This role involves overseeing the technical elements of a 1700-unit development, which includes both traditional and timber frame construction. The successful candidate will be based primarily in the office, with regular site visits to ensure the smooth progression of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of the development, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
  • Liaise with design consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide technical input and resolve any design or build challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between the office and on-site teams, ensuring that technical drawings and specifications are up-to-date and accurate.
