- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing, preferably in Food and Beverage
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Windows Software
- High numeracy skills and analytical approach
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to influence at a senior level
- Experience in the Hospitality and Out of Home eating market
- Experience in supplier contracting and performance tracking
- Knowledge of P2P systems
- Proven ability to engage at a senior level
