We offer business consultancy, advice, technology, and hands on support to maximize profitability for our clients by improving product sourcing and management.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Food & Beverage Buyer to join a great team and manage daily buying activities for clients within the central buying function. This role involves developing strong supplier relationships, understanding market conditions and negotiating contracts within the food and beverage industry. Location: This is a full-time, office-based role in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel throughout the UK.Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing, preferably in Food and Beverage
Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Windows Software
High numeracy skills and analytical approach
Strong financial and commercial acumen with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to influence at a senior level

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience in the Hospitality and Out of Home eating market
Experience in supplier contracting and performance tracking
Knowledge of P2P systems
Proven ability to engage at a senior level
