- Experience in Purchasing and ideally Food and Beverage
- Category management – Food or Beverages
- Strong negotiator and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent level of IT competence including Microsoft Windows Software such as Excel
- High level of numeracy and an analytical approach
