Cleaning Account Manager - Milton Keynes - 35,000 plus car plus bonus

Your role

You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the Milton Keynes and the surrounding region. You will be responsible for circa 25 accounts and 50+ cleaning staff. You'll be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. You will ensure SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.

About you

* Previous experience of managing multi-sector, multi-site cleaning contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's.
* Experience of leading teams of regional cleaning professionals.
* You'll be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts.
* An organised and proactive attitude.
* Holder of full UK Driving Licence
