We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with a reputable company who are looking for a team leader to join one of their teams. In this role of Membership Team Leader, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day to day and to ensure the small (but effective) team are performing.

As Membership Team Leader, the ideal candidate will have leadership experience, be commercially astute and be able to take a hands on approach to dealing with customers directly.

Key responsibilities for a Membership Team Leader

  • Deliver consistent first class service for clients and members
  • Be a role model for the team and respond to high volume of enquiries
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
  • Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
  • Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
  • Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
